Complete guide to DURC (Document of Social Security) - Part 2

Continuing in the compilation of the panel A, the next step is to indicate the location of the shipyard, also briefly describing the work that you are or will be made.

Therefore, you should give some guidance on the procurement (protocol number, date, type of race that took place ...) and ISSUING contractor, to be identified with the name, social security number and address.

Moving on, then, in Section B, most of the information to be provided concerning the undertaking concerned. It is, therefore, to specify the company or corporate name, social security number, e-mail address, location of the registered office and operational phases (including specifying which of the two addresses you want to receive notices).

You also need to clarify whether it is actually a company or a freelancer, and if the work has already been started or not.

The next step is delicate: you must specify whether the company applies to workers own the national collective agreement in the construction sector or another, and in the latter case you have to specify which one it is, choosing from a list this in the instructions to the form.

We must also specify the size of the company (defined as number of employees) and the dates of the beginning and end of the work, clarifying whether they are actual or alleged, as well as the days of a possible suspension.

Do not miss the request to specify the amount of the contract, the reference height of the company in case of subcontracting and the incidence of labor costs as a percentage of the total cost.

The Framework B continues with the indication of the codes and serial numbers attributed to the company by other social security institutions and the territorial headquarters of the same.

Finally, we need to describe all the workings own work and identify them with the corresponding identification code contained in a table (for example, the installation of the site is identified with the code 01001001).

The Framework C, to be used when the DURC is required outside of the world of public procurement, requires a compilation easier.

Here, too, we must first specify the reason for the request, for example, by ticking the box in the grant application or that of the construction work in the private sector or another of these.

So, you have four fields whose compilation is substantially identical to the similar sections present in pictures A and B, previously described.

Here there is therefore limited to a quick overview of the requested data, referring for more explanations to the previous part of the guide.

To be precise, you must indicate: the nature of the applicant (company concerned, executive consultant, the contracting authority, company attestation body), the applicant's personal data, news related to the undertaking concerned (personal data, legal and operational headquarters, collective bargaining provisions, the contract amount), adding information on length of service and the number of employees, and finally, codes of enrollment at the various social security institutions and their territorial offices of the same competent.

It must be said that for all three pictures (A, B and C) not all of the cited information must be included: some are optional, others must be inserted only if the DURC wondered in specific circumstances, as inferred from the first field in this panels A and C, which shows precisely the motivation for the submission of the request for issuance of the Document of Social Security.

It should be noted, finally, that all the pages of the instance must have an indication of the date and place as well as the signature of the applicant.
